Remote Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Remote Project Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of construction projects. With your expertise in cell tower experience and ability to work in a matrix-managed organization, you will be responsible for ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of a construction strategy, including partner selection criteria, construction intervals, and bidding process.
- Assist with requirements drafting and analysis of initial Construction RFPs.
- Develop construction standards and award jobs to construction partners based on cost, crew, availability, and quality of work product.
- Coordinate all construction activities, including site walks and inventory coordination, to ensure timely delivery of sites.
- Interface with program management and partners to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
- Report project status and performance data to program management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in wireless construction management.
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of construction project success, minimizing scope creep and staying within budget.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
