Talent Acquisition | Learning and Development | Human Resources

We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition professional to connect talent and build outstanding recruitment experiences.

This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment with a strong emphasis on attracting candidates who fit our culture, as well as engaging in strategic employer branding initiatives and university partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hiring processes—from aligning job profiles with hiring managers to presenting offers.
  • Actively source candidates on LinkedIn and online job boards.
  • Draft and post compelling job ads across multiple platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities.
  • Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews.
  • Evaluate English proficiency of candidates through interviews.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Psychology, Business Administration, or HR Management.
  • Fluent English—must be able to conduct full interviews in English.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
