We’re looking for an experienced Rippling HCM Consultant to join a fast-growing consulting environment supporting complex HCM implementations and optimisation projects.
This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates based in South America.
The Role
We’re looking for a genuine Rippling HCM specialist with broad platform expertise – not someone focused on just one area of Rippling.
You’ll work across complex customer requirements, implementations and optimisation initiatives, operating at both a functional and strategic/architectural level.
Key Requirements
- 5-6+ years of relevant HCM / HR technology experience
- Strong, hands‑on Rippling experience
- Rippling certified
- Strong experience across:
- Rippling HR
- Rippling Payroll
- Rippling Reporting
- Broader HCM functionality
- Experience with Rippling architecture / solution architecture
- Experience delivering complex implementations and/or optimisation projects
- Able to operate at a strategic and architectural level, rather than purely configuration-focused
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and how different Rippling modules work together

Working Model
Fully remote
Location: South America
Rate: $45-$55 per hour
Experience: 5-6+ years
Start: ASAP / October
