We're looking for an experiencedRippling HCM Consultantto join a fast-growing consulting environment supporting complex HCM implementations and optimisation projects.

This is afully remote opportunity open to candidates based in South America.

The Role
We're looking for a genuineRippling HCM specialistwith broad platform expertise – not someone focused on just one area of Rippling.

You'll work across complex customer requirements, implementations and optimisation initiatives, operating at both a functional and strategic/architectural level.
