We are looking for a highly capable Lead Automation Tester with expertise in Java to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will apply their technical skills, analytical mindset, and customer-focused approach to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our enterprise business applications through advanced automated testing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the automation team to define automated testing strategies suited for enterprise applications
  • Design and deliver new automated tests aligned with business requirements and objectives
  • Support and update existing automated test scripts and execution processes
  • Monitor and document defects using JIRA while ensuring effective issue resolution
  • Contribute to refining test frameworks and methodologies to boost performance
  • Communicate directly with manual testers and developers to ensure testing goals and problem resolution alignment
  • Analyze testing workflows and recommend improvements to elevate deliverable quality

Requirements
  • Previous experience in software testing with at least 3 years in automation tester roles
  • Intermediate or better English communication skills for collaborative tasks
  • Strong understanding of SDLC practices coupled with hands-on expertise
  • Knowledge of Java 1.8 or higher, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG framework
  • Background in REST services and JSON, demonstrated API testing skills using Postman
  • Proficiency in SQL, build automation tools such as Maven, and version control systems like Git
  • Familiarity with Jenkins functionalities for CI operations and JIRA for tracking tasks
  • Capability to manage tasks independently while delivering customer-centric results
  • Solid analytical skills paired with self-motivation and collaborative teamwork abilities
  • Understanding of Agile practices including SCRUM or SAFe
