Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30 000 of them by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. We currently have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Are you ready to help us?

Job Description: As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. You will also be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation-related practical matters for our consultants. In short, we fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing, you name it.

Our clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of an efficient team with a clear focus on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

• Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
• Build trust with suitable candidates to facilitate relocation and hiring.
• Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics.
• Coordinate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
• A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
• Upper intermediate English.
• Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and close a recruitment request.
• Self-confident, social, friendly, and highly motivated.
• Resilient and persistent, able to view a "no" as a reason to try harder.
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
• Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.

Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.

Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.

Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
