The opportunity- Drive your future success in end-to-end supply chain by learning from industry experts in sustainability, procurement, quality, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and engineering.

- Gain practical experience in supply chain excellence through challenging tasks, projects, and trainings in an international environment.
- Academic achievement: Strong technical academic background; Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
- Language: Proficiency in business English and local language.
- Experience and passion: Up to 1-2 years in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.
- Global mobility and adaptability: Willingness to undertake international projects and relocations; ability to adapt to different cultures.
- Proactive learners: Enjoy mastering complex concepts and applying them practically.

This 18-month program includes three rotations in different countries and supply chain areas, designed to develop your personal and professional skills. You will spend six months at your home location, then rotate to international plants and locations. Each rotation begins with a Skills Development Academy week, focusing on job-specific and personal development training.
