What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Monitor incoming payments and billing clients across multiple verticals
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping databases and prepare reports for senior management
  • Communicate regularly with clients to request payments and resolve outstanding balances
  • Record all incoming payments accurately, including partial and overpayments
  • Perform account reconciliations and collaborate with internal teams to improve AR processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance roles
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing AR data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with financial systems
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the food service, hospitality, or construction industry
  • Familiarity with NetSuite software
