You use your knowledge of technology and infrastructure to offer solutions and support the implementation of strategies and solutions.

How you will contribute

You will optimize service delivery to meet business demands and align with the service operations strategy. Additionally, you will plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives, consult on issues and resolutions, and recommend steps to optimize investments, benefits, and mitigate risks. You will also identify suppliers, evaluate and onboard new vendors, establish and oversee vendor relationships, and support management with regional service contracts, in-country billing, and cross-charging.

More about this role

  • Must be fully bilingual (English / Spanish), Portuguese is desirable
  • Must have certification for Network
  • Supporting a corporate network environment
  • Open to change, innovative, and adaptable
  • Remote management preferred to handle geographically dispersed teams, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ability to manage complex projects
  • Proven ability to manage cross-organizational and multicultural projects and teams

No relocation support is available; however, candidates voluntarily moving internationally may receive minimal support through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy.
