**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Solution Expert is responsible for mapping, understand and delivery solution that supports the business requirements.
Provide functional expertise in configuring the identified business processand designing the required integrations or specific development area.
- Also, knowledge to evaluate new market solutions to incorporate Digital Transformation to VFS.
- Ensure applicable IT security directive is followed for the service, Evaluate how partner strategy fits to the VFS highlight areas where VFS will use influence (different forums).
- Contribute to comparisons, Aware of "competing"products and offers.
Skilled in evaluating and recommending solutions/way forward /options.
Follow Agile methodology process.
- Solution Expert is the connector among the business needs, propervendor mapping and IT team.
To do so, use of planning, communication and exploring the best solution is needed.
- Having IT skills in System Analysis or Infrastructure might help to view different angles and correct estimate efforts.
But that is not mandatory.
Also, execute tasks related to the function:
- Manage Small and Medium projects, as solution specialist will work with Project Managers in Large and X-Large projects.
Vendor management in order to follow SLA, commercial proposal evaluation;
- Reports and updates necessary to IT Portfolio Manager and Director;
- Manage and execute tasks related to business and IT initiatives.
