Responsibilities
  • Support the sales organization in achieving its goals through expertise in process optimization and market insights
  • Implement go-to-market strategies to achieve sales funnel objectives and increase market share
  • Monitor sales funnel KPIs and engage with the sales team on customer opportunities
  • Direct and coordinate large-scale commercial initiatives and ensure operational excellence within the sales organization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
What is Required
  • BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital equipment and/or system sales
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience preferred
  • Experience in lead generation, funnel management, and account planning processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.com
How to Stand Out
  • Experience in the conveying/material handling industry
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coach sales associates effectively
  • Familiarity with trade organization participation and leadership roles
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret commercial KPIs and financial data
  • Proven track record of driving sales effectiveness and organizational improvement initiatives
