What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design and implement curriculum to meet business needs across the Revenue Cycle
  • Conduct training and classroom-based coaching both onsite and in virtual environments
  • Coordinate training across Revenue Cycle departments, including Patient Financial Services and Patient Access
  • Identify training needs and define appropriate training solutions for various audiences
  • Prepare training materials, documentation, and e-learning modules to enhance employee knowledge and performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must possess teaching skills that enhance user learning and involvement
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience in delivering workforce educational training programs
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Epic experience required
  • Willingness to travel on a weekly basis within the region to various client locations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with Revenue Cycle functional processes and applications
  • Knowledge of training and development principles, methodologies, and techniques from previous experience
  • Ability to facilitate instructor-led training courses
