Description

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in translating complex business problems into actionable insights and solutions. In this position, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, creating comprehensive reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead analytical projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, data collection, analysis, and presentation of results.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, develop analytical models, and conduct deep-dive analyses to support business decisions.
  • Document business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define success metrics, track performance, and provide regular updates.

The role requires proactive problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and stakeholder management skills. Stay current with BI tools and methodologies while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with SQL and Big Data
  • Ability to communicate on technical and customer levels
  • Technical savvy and eagerness to learn independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience publishing and managing large datasets
  • Understanding of eCommerce and B2B
  • Knowledge of other BI/Data tools
