We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to lead our Seller Experience vertical. The successful candidate will define strategies to enhance the current Registration experience for sellers in Latam, partnering with product, operations, and compliance teams to resolve experience issues.
The Program Manager will drive improvements in seller experience, reducing friction and raising the bar in processes for verification. This role involves a strong business component, ownership of metrics, maintaining a consistent relationship with stakeholder teams, owning mechanisms for weekly tracking and callouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify seller pain points for registration verification
- Partner with product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance experience for sellers and internal stakeholders
- Own Voice of Seller tracking and bridge with Account Management teams
- Own and track weekly metrics for callouts, reports, and newsletters
About the Role:
In this position, you will act as an intermediary between product and business teams, owning Registration and Verification metrics with an agenda of improvements to drive metric enhancements.
You will drive short-term solutions to known and emerging issues while working with stakeholder teams on long-term plans for fixes and improvements.
