Amazon is seeking a dynamic professional to join our growing Seller Experience team in Brazil as a Program Manager. In this impactful role, you will drive initiatives that enhance the experience of millions of small and medium-sized businesses selling on our platform. Leveraging strong analytical capabilities, you'll develop and implement solutions that help sellers thrive while ensuring regulatory compliance. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can conduct comprehensive data analysis, evaluate existing processes, and propose strategic improvements that balance seller success with operational excellence. Working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, you'll maintain a deep understanding of both seller needs and compliance requirements, spearheading initiatives that drive sustainable growth in the Brazilian market. Key job responsibilities - Lead the deployment of Amazon's seller-focused product roadmap in Brazil - Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights for seller experience improvements - Evaluate existing processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance seller operations - Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple stakeholders, bridging the gap between sellers, internal teams, and leadership - Track key performance metrics and drive initiatives that directly impact seller success and satisfaction - Balance operational excellence with regulatory compliance to ensure sustainable growth in the Brazilian market About the team Our Seller Experience team is on a mission to empower millions of small and medium-sized businesses to succeed in the digital marketplace.
