Caveo está em busca de um profissional para Business Development - Parcerias Estratégicas. O foco será no desenvolvimento e gestão de parcerias que contribuam diretamente para o crescimento da empresa, com foco principal em Embaixadores, mas também empresas que contribuem de diversas formas para a comunidade Caveo. Esse papel envolve a criação de um perfil ideal de Embaixador, relacionamento com eles, a revisão de modelos de gamificação para aumentar o engajamento, e a colaboração direta com as equipes de marketing e vendas. Buscamos alguém com perfil comercial forte, capaz de cultivar e expandir relações com embaixadores e parceiros estratégicos, além de participar ativamente na organização de eventos.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES
- Gerenciar o programa de embaixadores e parcerias estratégicas, priorizando a expansão e a qualidade dessas relações.
- Desenvolver o ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) para garantir que os parceiros e embaixadores estejam alinhados com os objetivos comerciais e estratégicos da empresa.
- Revisar o modelo de gamificação, propondo melhorias que aumentem o engajamento e o desempenho da rede de embaixadores.
- Criar e manter relacionamentos personalizados com os embaixadores e parceiros, assegurando suporte contínuo e alta motivação.
- Organizar e participar de eventos estratégicos, tanto presenciais quanto virtuais, que fortaleçam a rede de parcerias e promovam seu desenvolvimento contínuo.
- Colaborar com as equipes de marketing, vendas e eventos para integrar os embaixadores e parceiros em campanhas e estratégias de crescimento.
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de retenção e reconhecimento para parceiros e embaixadores, criando iniciativas de incentivo, recompensas e eventos exclusivos.
- Ser o ponto de contato principal para os embaixadores e parceiros estratégicos, assegurando que suas atividades estejam alinhadas às metas da empresa.
REQUISITOS E ATRIBUIÇÕES
- Experiência sólida em gestão de parcerias estratégicas, embaixadores ou redes comerciais, com foco em relacionamento e performance.
- Capacidade de criar e implementar estratégias de engajamento e gamificação inovadoras, alinhadas às metas comerciais.
- Perfil altamente comercial, com habilidade para desenvolver fortes relações 1:1, visando resultados excepcionais.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes e participação em eventos presenciais.
DIFERENCIAIS
- Experiência em gestão de parcerias estratégicas, projeto de embaixadores ou assemelhados;
- Conhecimento em estratégias de retenção e desenvolvimento de comunidades.
- Experiência em organização e execução de eventos voltados para engajamento e desempenho dos embaixadores e parceiros.
