Sobre a vaga:
O Channel Sales Executive trabalha no mapeamento de canais de distribuição da Aprova Digital, apresentando as funcionalidades do Software e prospectando novos parceiros, para expandir o alcance do nosso produto.
Este profissional representa a marca da Aprova Digital, impulsiona o crescimento financeiro sustentável por meio do aumento das vendas e do estabelecimento de relacionamentos sólidos com canais de revenda que possuam expressividade no mercado de Governo, aplicando estratégias de vendas eficazes.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
Primárias:
- Promover os produtos/serviços da empresa junto a potenciais parceiros;
- Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar, recrutar e integrar canais parceiros, apoiando a estratégia da empresa;
- Participação em feiras, fóruns e eventos ligados às áreas de Tecnologia, Governo e Startups;
- Auxiliado pelos outros times, construir, executar e colher resultados de iniciativas de treinamento e capacitação de canais nos diferenciais do produto, funcionamento da solução e modalidades de contratação;
- Manter relacionamento com canais e parceiros, bem como seus representantes;
- Impulsionar novos negócios, por meio de networking, eventos e prospecção ativa;
Secundárias:
- Conduzir reuniões presenciais com potenciais clientes;
- Viagenss e participação de eventos;
- Viagem para visitas de parceiros.
Requisitos e Qualificações:
- Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Gestão Comercial, Administração, Gestão Pública, e afins.
- Apaixonado pelo ambiente comercial;
- Comunicativo e que saiba se expressar bem de forma oral e escrita;
- Disponibilidade para viagens;
- Conhecimento em técnicas de distribuição comercial;
- Entender de diferentes modelos de negócio;
- Gostar de desafios e que seja motivado a superá-los a cada dia;
- Atuação em vendas consultivas, com ciclos longos e complexos;
- Conhecimento de metodologias/técnicas de vendas (Spin Selling, GPTC, Matriz de objeções e afins);
- Experiência em contato B2B, especialmente para C-levels;
- Perfil direcionado a métricas e resultados.
- Experiência com Salesforce;
- Experiência com processos licitatórios - direito administrativo;
- Familiaridade com Softwares, em especial Softwares Enterprise.
