Sobre a vaga: 

O Channel Sales Executive trabalha no mapeamento de canais de distribuição da Aprova Digital, apresentando as funcionalidades do Software e prospectando novos parceiros, para expandir o alcance do nosso produto.

Este profissional representa a marca da Aprova Digital, impulsiona o crescimento financeiro sustentável por meio do aumento das vendas e do estabelecimento de relacionamentos sólidos com canais de revenda que possuam expressividade no mercado de Governo, aplicando estratégias de vendas eficazes.

 

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Primárias:

  • Promover os produtos/serviços da empresa junto a potenciais parceiros;
  • Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar, recrutar e integrar canais parceiros, apoiando a estratégia da empresa;
  • Participação em feiras, fóruns e eventos ligados às áreas de Tecnologia, Governo e Startups;
  • Auxiliado pelos outros times, construir, executar e colher resultados de iniciativas de treinamento e capacitação de canais nos diferenciais do produto, funcionamento da solução e modalidades de contratação;
  • Manter relacionamento com canais e parceiros, bem como seus representantes;
  • Impulsionar novos negócios, por meio de networking, eventos e prospecção ativa;

Secundárias:

  • Conduzir reuniões presenciais com potenciais clientes;
  • Viagenss e participação de eventos;
  • Viagem para visitas de parceiros.

 

Requisitos e Qualificações:
  • Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Gestão Comercial, Administração, Gestão Pública, e afins.
  • Apaixonado pelo ambiente comercial;
  • Comunicativo e que saiba se expressar bem de forma oral e escrita;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens;
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de distribuição comercial;
  • Entender de diferentes modelos de negócio;
  • Gostar de desafios e que seja motivado a superá-los a cada dia;
  • Atuação em vendas consultivas, com ciclos longos e complexos;
  • Conhecimento de metodologias/técnicas de vendas (Spin Selling, GPTC, Matriz de objeções e afins);
  • Experiência em contato B2B, especialmente para C-levels;
  • Perfil direcionado a métricas e resultados.
Diferenciais
  • Experiência com Salesforce;
  • Experiência com processos licitatórios - direito administrativo;
  • Familiaridade com Softwares, em especial Softwares Enterprise.
