Estamos buscando um(a) Assistente de Customer Service dedicado(a) para integrar nossa equipe de suporte ao cliente. Este(a) profissional terá como foco principal o Serviço de Atendimento ao Cliente (SAC) para nossa loja de e-commerce, utilizando a ferramenta Intercom.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atender prontamente as consultas dos clientes, garantindo uma experiência excepcional durante todo o processo.
  • Utilizar a ferramenta Intercom para gerenciar e responder aos tickets de suporte, mantendo a comunicação clara e eficiente.
  • Resolver problemas relacionados a pedidos, devoluções, trocas e questões técnicas de forma rápida e eficiente.
  • Colaborar com as equipes internas para resolver problemas complexos e fornecer feedback dos clientes para melhorias contínuas.
  • Manter registros precisos de todas as interações com os clientes para garantir uma gestão adequada dos casos.
  • Contribuir para a elaboração de materiais de suporte, como FAQs e guias, para auxiliar os clientes na resolução de problemas comuns.
  • Acompanhar métricas de satisfação do cliente e trabalhar para melhorar esses índices.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente, especialmente em um ambiente de e-commerce.
  • Familiaridade com a ferramenta Intercom para gestão de suporte ao cliente.
  • Habilidade de comunicação excepcional, tanto verbal quanto escrita.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma proativa, gerenciando múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente.
  • Orientação para resolução de problemas e melhoria contínua.
  • Organizado(a) e com alta atenção aos detalhes.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em outras plataformas de atendimento ao cliente.
  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão de pedidos (ERP, CRM).
  • Habilidades de idiomas adicionais.
