Mosaic Puzzles is a wooden jigsaw puzzle company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. At Mosaic, we design and build unique wooden puzzles where every piece is part of the puzzle’s story. We are a fast paced startup built by Ex-Uber and Amazon employees.

Job description:

Ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and licensors.

Responsibilities:

Customer Success Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support requests.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication with the manufacturing team to ensure customer requests are handled with quality.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and curate content for various social media platforms.
  • Create and implement email marketing strategies and content.

Licensing Contract Management:

  • Oversee the licensing contracts of artwork in our portfolio, including monitoring expiry dates and arranging contract renewals.

Portfolio Maintenance:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of licensing agreements and contracts for the artwork featured in our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our portfolio reflects the latest artwork and complies with contractual obligations.
  • Website optimization: Add, remove, sort puzzles as new puzzles are created, expired puzzles are removed, etc.

Vendor Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for working with our suppliers/vendors.

Cost/benefit analysis for features and purchase decisions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent level of English is REQUIRED
  • Analytics in excel/google sheets is REQUIRED
  • 2-7 years of working professional experience preferred
  • Proven experience in customer success, social media management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
