**Responsibilities**:- Work with Business Lead Coordinators to ensure the quick delivery of new business opportunities to the Customer Manager or Distributor.- Be the ears of Dow - listen for new marketing opportunities and collaborate with marketing intelligence to better understand new opportunities.-
- Maintain daily contact with product stewards, technical service, REACH leader, and (global) Dow employees in support of resolving customer requests.- Attend all compulsory training. Responsible for identifying and taking action on self
- development training.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree.- Advanced Spanish, Portuguese and English for verbal and written communication. (Fluency will be a plus.).- Familiarity and interest in the sciences and chemistry.-
- High level of accuracy and detail, ability to work towards deadlines and multi-task/prioritize projects as appropriate, excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy.- Cultural awareness and ability to work with a diverse group of people.- Customer Service experience.- Demonstrate solid performance in the following skills:
- Customer service.- Communication (written, listening & verbal) with proven ability to interface well with a wide variety of people.- Analytical skills.- Decision making and problem solving.- PC/Application.- Multi-tasking.- A desire to help drive Dow’s ambition to become the most Customer-Centric materials science company in the world.-
- Display accountability, initiative for action, ability to remove road blocks and capability to work independently to achieve results.- Contribute to the teams output through cooperation, participation and a commitment to shared vision and goals.- Uphold the Dow reputation by providing excellent customer service.
