Buscamos uma pessoa motivada para apoiar nossa equipe de vendas da Uber pars Empresas. Como Business Development Representative, você fornecerá suporte de vendas aos Executivos de Contas por meio do desenvolvimento de leads qualificados que resultem no alcance de nossos objetivos de negócios. Se você busca crescimento na carreira, esta função servirá como um caminho para uma posição de Executivo de Contas com sucesso comprovado.
Esta é uma função híbrida - nossa equipe colabora presencialmente em nosso incrível escritório em São Paulo, 2 a 3 dias por semana. Incentivamos nossos funcionários a trabalhar em nosso escritório em dias adicionais, se desejarem.
**O que você vai fazer**
- Desenvolver um relacionamento com os contatos, em um esforço para entender onde o cliente potencial está no ciclo de compra. Trabalhando com Executivos de contas, você garantirá que os leads fornecidos sejam devidamente qualificados e progredirão através do funil de vendas até serem convertidos em negócios fechados e ganhos.
- Executar projetos focados na melhoria das nossas listas de contato, e dos dados armazenados no nosso CRM.
- Essa função exige forte disciplina de vendas e limpeza de dados de CRM na coleta de informações importantes para atualizar nosso sistema Salesforce e identificar as próximas etapas para os Executivos de Contas se conectarem com esses clientes em potencial.
**Qualificações básicas**
- Anos de experiência: 1 ano de experiência em área de vendas
- Ser uma pessoa motivada e apaixonada por um ambiente de equipe de ritmo acelerado.
- Boa comunicação e habilidades interpessoais, com capacidade de adquirir informações vitais do cliente potencial, garantindo ao mesmo tempo uma conversa mutuamente útil
- Ser motivado e apaixonado por um ambiente de equipe em ritmo acelerado
- Capacidade de organização, acompanhamento de projetos, habilidades de gerenciamento de tempo e capacidade de tomar iniciativa.
