**Sobre o time**:
A equipe de cobranças que faz parte do SAP Global Shared Services Center é responsável por gerenciar a cobrança de faturas pendentes de pagamentos. O foco principal é reduzir os dias necessários para a cobrança de uma nota fiscal, melhorando assim o fluxo de caixa da empresa para o qual uma série de ferramentas e processos padronizados são utilizados para atingir esse objetivo.
A área de contas a receber, além de ter um contato muito próximo com os clientes, trabalha em estreita colaboração com várias equipes da organização, como Vendas, Marketing, Pagamento a Fornecedores, Contabilidade e muitas outras.
Esse papel é caracterizado por tarefas bem definidas e relevantes dentro da equipe. O analista de cobranças realizará um trabalho de alta relevância para a empresa, que possui uma carteira de clientes definida e fixa, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com os demais colaboradores da equipe que possuem grande experiência na área.

**Localização**: São Paulo, Brasil

**Nessa oportunidade você irá**:

- Gerenciar e monitorar o faturamento de notas, tanto vencidas como à vencer;
- Ligar proativamente para os clientes para garantir o pagamento em tempo hábil;
- Criação e distribuição de cartas de cobrança extrajudiciais dentro do prazo pré-estabelecido;
- Investigação, análise e resolução de discrepâncias de faturas pendentes;
- Trabalhar muito próximo com clientes internos e externos;
- Gerenciamento de carteira de clientes fixos;
- Escalação de casos em que o gerenciamento está dificultando o atingimento dos objetivos, para garantir o fluxo do processo;
- Relatórios de extratos de conta a serem enviados aos clientes;
- Monitoramento de processos padronizados e uso de ferramentas corporativas;
- Resolução de problemas com os clientes;
- Outras tarefas relevantes para a resolução de situações problemáticas que geram fluxo de caixa.

Experiência e requisitos MANDATÓRIOS:

- Inglês escrito e oral fluente (MANDATÓRIO);
- Espanhol escrito e oral avançado (PREFERÊNCIALMENTE);
- Estar se formado em carreiras no campo das ciências econômicas ou administrativas (PREFERÊNCIALMENTE).
