- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and experience in credit and/or consulting.
- Demonstrated leadership success, with proven ability to gain consensus and execute against strategy.
- Demonstrated consultancy skills and success in understanding and explaining complex integrated solutions, consistently achieving success in innovating and delivering Analytical and Consulting solutions in Financial Services and Insurance (primarily) and Telecom and Retail.
- Proven understanding of credit data and its utilization in consumer lending and insurance risk decisions and of fraud prevention practices in these selected industries.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training and managing a solution-oriented, technology-focused team.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts and solutions in a simplified way.
- Proven ability to innovate new concepts and solutions.
- Portuguese native speaker (or highly proficient). Advanced English level.

**Dynamics of the Role**

**How You’ll Contribute**:
The person will lead the consulting team to:

- Train and upskill the Solution Consulting team on different aspects of TransUnion´s products
- Develop solution packages and offerings to support better go-to-market execution and formulation of consulting strategies for client engagement
- Leverage TransUnion data insights and analytics to drive business value proposition and ROI analysis for our clients and prospects
- Work with Sales and Business Leaders to formulate solutions & products sales strategies
- Support to drive various presales activities including client business needs workshop, gap analysis, POC exercise, RFP response preparation, client solutions sales strategy, competitive information finding, client business/ROI analysis, and deal close with scope with proper hand over to delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Actively support sales efforts by providing expertise and consultative services to uncover new opportunities, create compelling value propositions and ultimately increase our win rate.
- Increase market perception of TransUnion as a market leader and thought leader by generating and presenting industry and client insights, developing thought leadership and leveraging speaker platforms.
- Focusing on the customer first, assemble solutions that meet specific customer needs (not product sell) and help customers to understand and communicate their needs, accurately capturing solution scope.
- Sell/position solutions that are aligned to our strategy and our capability set to deliver, solutions that are great for our customers and also good (profitable) for TransUnion.
- Serve as the customer advocate or proxy during the early stages of solution design with Product, Analytics and IT, working closely with Product Owners/Managers.
- Support sales teams in identifying prime customers within markets and in the development of strategies for winning new business.
- Support consulting and sales teams in developing and implementing consistent approaches to client engagement. Participate with Sales in the development of Strategic Account Plans for key accounts and strategic pursuits.
- Participate in the identification, planning and delivery of innovative solutions to target new and current clients. Support New Product Initiative (NPI) plans and leverage skillset and consultative approach to increase success with new products and penetration of complex solution sales.
- Drive product and solution innovation based on client interaction and feedback on needs, and creative problem solving of industry challenges.
- Define consulting strategy, approach and business model that most effectively discovers opportunities and positions TransUnion solutions with clients,
