Fox Human Capital is helping a major Oil & Gas company finding an Accounting Specialist to work in Rio de Janeiro.

**Responsibilities**:
: Review of accounts payable and receivable entries
: Lead in the coordination with outsourced accountant
: Review of the monthly package, particularly balance sheet, general ledger IFRS16, depreciation, inventory, ARO, AVP etc.
: Managing fixed assets and inventory on behalf of F&P department, concerning both the Company and its interest in Joint Ventures
: Control of expenses and reimbursement of secondees, full charge in the issuance of corresponding At Cost Certificate, support in the issuance of Secondee Local Content Certificate
: Full charge in managing the issuance/publishing/ registration of Annual Accounts, fulfill or supporting in fulfilling all necessary legal requirements thereabout
: Subject matter expert in accounting/financial reporting related issues
: Support in all management information/reporting purposes
: Coordinate in supporting other departments and attending to Headquarter requests
: Represent the company in JV committee, IBP or other associations in case needed
: Other tasks arranged by the F&P manager temporarily

**Requirements**:
: Sr accouting experience;
: Advanced/fluent english;
: Upstream O&G experience;
: Flexibility to work with different cultures.
