Payments Operations Brazil is seeking for new member to join our team, based in São Paulo. This position will be responsible for performing operational processes and routines related to Cash Management products (Boleto Collections, Cards for Domicile and Settlement Bank, Billing, Revolving Overdraft, Escrow accounts, DDA system).

**Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate & execute operational routines according to standard procedures in Local Cash activities;
- Support and provide metrics and reports;
- Work directly with the Tech, Business and other LOBS to support any related collections, cards, DDA, payments, reconciliations and similar products and processes;
- Develop process, improvements and systemic solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in operations processes.
- Create and/or contribute to an environment of collaboration and mutual responsibility;
- Partner with stakeholders, providing guidance and analysis, helping identify and escalate issues/risks/dependencies and facilitating communication across the impacted teams;
- Support and provide metrics and reports;
- Develop innovative solutions;
- Active participate in projects and initiatives impacting the business to ensure that product changes and expansion are properly implemented;
- Lead an individual or group to influence and guide decisions.

**Qualifications include**:

- At least 2-3 years work experience in Operations (Backoffice);
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineer or similar courses;
- Ability to analyze complex processes, systems and flowcharts design;
- Fluent in Portuguese & English;
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship;
- Leadership skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office package, with emphasis in Excel;
- Knowledge of Math, bank products;
- Flexibility to assume different functions, team work and good logical thought;
- Self-Starter with ability to manage commitments;
- Strong multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and escalate;
- Good understanding of operational controls and capacity management;
- Organized and attention to detail, critical analyze;
- Able to take ownership and work independently, as well as on a team;
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated and effective under tight timeframes and pressure.
