Job summary

B&P is the primary finance business partner to Marketing and driver of insight by establishing financial plans, KPIs, tracking performance, delivering analytics, and finance direction to our internal customers.

Responsabilities
- Manage total NVOs controls for both company codes;
- Control accruals update and reconciliation during the year long;
- Build the NVOs planning (Budget & LE's);
- Analyse Actual vs Estimate results, main drivers and impacts;
- Provide reconciliation and keep track of the main expenses;
- Provide visualization to the Key Areas and keep people engaged on working within the budget;
- Support local leadership team, cross-functional partners and Latam Division.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Adm, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Experience in similar positions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading/managing projects.
- Relevant systems knowledge (Excel, Google apps, SAP, BI).
- Organization and Discipline.
- Soft skills: team-work, self leadership and communication.
- Intermediate English.
- Spanish (Desirable).
