**Your Role and Responsibilities**
In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- ServiceNow, ATF, REST, IntegrationHub;
- Strong lead developer experience;
- Implementation experience in ITSM (Incidents/Change/Problem/Service Catalog);
- Strong experience in Server-side Client-side scripting;
- Hands on experience with Waterfall and Agile;
- Provide training and guidance to new department team members to facilitate Knowledge sharing and cross training;
- Must be fluent in English and have good communication skills.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Architecture or administration experience;
- Understanding of ITIL;
- Certified System Administrator;
- Certified Application Developer.
