**Job Description** This position reports to**:
ServiceNow is changing the way people work. **What you get to do in this role**:

- Interface with leadership teams in the Business Unit, Sales, Marketing and Engineering to understand product, sales, and marketing direction
- Create services offerings that enhance and assure the value of the product suite for both new customers and the install base
- Drive technical innovation of implementation approaches within the services team to improve efficiency and achieve services business objectives
- Build the capabilities of both the internal services team and services partners to position, implement, and optimize the Security product suite
- Work with the ServiceNow leadership, the Business Units, and our partner management teams to ensure adequate numbers of trained internal and external resources are available to meet pipeline demands
- Monitor and report on inflight deployments to ensure implementation success
- Support account escalations and customer satisfaction efforts as needed

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:

- years industry experience:

- Highly motivated, driven and passionate about the intersection of technology and business challenges
- people management experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Solid business and financial acumen - years managing a P&L
- Experience in building or leading professional services organizations strongly preferred
- Dedication and commitment to customer success
- A determination to make things better each day
- Strong people development, including coaching and mentoring for business and technical roles
