**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Head of Global Benefits, the LATAM Regional Benefits Leader will serve as a trusted organizational leader responsible for the design and delivery of Zscaler’s benefits programs and plans. This role will partner with senior business leaders, employees and stakeholders to ensure that Zscaler offers comprehensive, innovative and valued benefits that meet the diverse needs of Zscaler employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that all benefit programs and plans are compliant with Zscaler’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop innovative benefit offerings to meet the diverse needs of employees and their families, as well as business needs.
- Ensure benefits offered are equitable, accessible and affordable for employees.
- Partner across the People Team to design and build an integrated approach to caring for Zscaler employees throughout various stages of their career and life.
- Obsess to improve, simplify and automate the employee benefits experience, from awareness and enrollment through utilization of all programs.
- Measure and report on benefit and vendor performance.
- Partner with key stakeholders on change management, integration, training and communications that drive awareness and utilization of benefits programs.
- Benchmark benefit plans and programs to understand how Zscaler’s benefit offerings compare to the external market.
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders and vendors to develop employee feedback mechanisms to identify any benefit problems, gaps, issues or opportunities.
- Travel regionally and internationally on a periodic basis as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Business proficient fluency in written and spoken English.
- 6+ years’ experience designing and managing employee benefits programs, and selecting and managing vendors..
- Experience presenting information to senior leadership.
- Experience with benefits program measurement and analytics.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and implementing new benefit plans and programs.
- Experience continuously improving programs and delivering efficiencies.
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication instincts & practices that keep stakeholders informed and included.
- Excellent business, leadership, and HR acumen, comfortable navigating ambiguity and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
