Parte de Customer Development: Conocer en profundidad el porfolio de productos y de clientes de la Compañía, así como los mercados y aplicaciones finales de dichos productos. Ser parte del potente equipo de trabajo formado por Comercial, Marketing e I+D respecto a las relaciones con los clientes, buscando maximizar el alineamiento, las sinergias y oportunidades. Ser líderes y referentes técnicos con impacto, presencia e influencia en los mercados, industrias y negocios donde opera la Compañía. Estar presentes y exponer en Congresos, Conferencias y Seminarios, promoviendo la visibilidad e impacto técnico de la Compañía. Promover y participar activamente en los procesos de homologación de los productos con los clientes existentes y potenciales, incluyendo la búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de homologación, la resolución de dudas, envíos de muestras, visitas a clientes, etc. Mantener una comunicación proactiva con los clientes con el fin de apoyar, fidelizar, buscar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades con un beneficio mutuo. Se promoverá el hacer visitas técnicas físicamente a los clientes para garantizar dichos objetivos. Buscar y proponer nuevos desarrollos de productos, aplicaciones y tecnología en base a las tendencias / oportunidades del mercado, la oferta de los competidores, y los requerimientos de los clientes, anticipándose a posibles necesidades del mercado / clientes. Siempre teniendo en cuenta el valor potencial para la Compañía. Colaborar con el Centro de Investigación para maximizar la rentabilidad de los proyectos de investigación. Aportar la visión de mercado/cliente y proponer nuevos proyectos de investigación en esa línea.
Parte de Technical Service y del laboratorio: Garantizar la resolución de forma eficaz y eficiente de los problemas de calidad, las consultas técnicas y la investigación de no conformidades del cliente, fomentando un clima de confianza y fiabilidad. Interfaz técnica entre los diferentes departamentos (Fabricación, Comercial, Marketing, Logística). Coordinar y verificar la aceptación de las especificaciones del producto, balanceando las demandas de los clientes con la optimización de los procesos en planta. Promover especificaciones de productos que permitan optimizar la cadena de valor y garantizar la aceptación en el mercado. Garantizar la calidad de producto a lo largo de toda la cadena de suministro cuando sea requerido o haya alguna incidencia en terminales, sulfonadores/sulfatadores externos, etoxiladores externos, surveyors, etc. Coordinar y supervisar los trabajos del personal asignado asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas de Seguridad y de las Generales de la Empresa. Elaborar y supervisar los informes científicos de los proyectos de su ámbito de responsabilidad, analizando y evaluando la información obtenida en su investigación.
