Sales Development Specialist

ChampionX is seeking a Sales Development Specialist to join our team in the Brazil Northeast area. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and sales opportunities to drive growth and revenue
• Establish and maintain business relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet annual operating plan (AOP) and growth targets
• Collaborate with the technical lead to understand the advantages and disadvantages of technical approaches to customer proposals
• Conduct market assessments to determine the best channel and strategy to sell ChampionX solutions
• Guarantee business profitability based on company requirements
• Identify and leverage resources to conduct technical/product training for customers in specific accounts
• Participate in product commercialization strategy, research and development requirements, and development priority for new and emerging products
• Demonstrate effective safety leadership to foster the company's commitment to a safety culture
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical lifting systems (Rod Lift)
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
• Fluent English
• Active Registration at CREA
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Competitive attitude focused on results
