Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team remotely from Brazil. This role focuses on generating leads, handling discovery calls, and onboarding new clients, with a particular emphasis on clients requiring web development services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and secure new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance networks, focusing on potential clients with web development needs.
  • Discovery Calls: Lead discovery calls with prospects to understand their business goals and propose relevant services offered by Between Collective.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth handoff to our creative and web development teams.
  • Collaboration with Creative & Web Development Teams: Work closely with our creative designers and developers to ensure that client needs are met, particularly for web development projects.
  • Proposal Writing: Draft customized proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing Between Collective's expertise in creative services and web development.
  • Sales Metrics & Reporting: Track lead generation, conversion rates, and other KPIs to measure the success of outreach efforts and optimize strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience: In business development, ideally within a creative agency or web development firm.
  • Familiarity with platforms: Like Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance or business networks for lead generation.
  • Strong understanding: Of web development concepts, with a preference for experience in Webflow.
  • Excellent communication: And negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently: In a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the Lisbon HQ.
  • Fluency in English: Is required.
Nice to Have:
  • Hands-on experience: In Webflow for web development.
  • Familiarity with project management tools: Like Monday.com, Trello, or other workflow management platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing: And creative industries.
