Job Title: Residential Sales Director

About the Role:



The Residential Sales Director will lead the Dealer Direct and Distribution sales team representing one of the market leaders in premium residential HVAC. Our client manufactures and distributes systems for water source heating, cooling systems, etc., and believes their role is to transform the way society uses energy, protect resources for future generations, and give people the freedom to focus on life.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead the Dealer Direct and Distribution sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Proven sales leadership experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
