Your Role and Responsibilities
- Own a platform or section of a platform in our tech stack: Partner with the Lead PO to understand the overarching vision and fill in the gaps with your own vision to achieve our business outcomes. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the specific area and demonstrating business results. This could mean standing up a new platform in our MarTech stack, supporting an existing one, or managing a transition to a new one.
- Prioritize and Manage Your Product Backlog: Work closely with stakeholders within your subsection to identify, prioritize, and refine user stories and features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate and Deliver Impact: Actively partner with development teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure features are delivered according to specifications and timelines. Manage risks and dependencies within your subsection and with the broader tech stack. Integrate your platform with other tools as needed and build relationships with the other POs.
- Measure Success and Optimize: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of your work and it's contribution to the overall mission.
- Be a User Advocate: Champion the needs of the users within your area, ensuring their voices are heard and addressed in the product development process.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Fluent level of english
- Product owner experience, seeing and creating product roadmaps, delivering business outcomes through the use of a platform or service
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles. Must be able to drive a product mission forward as the lead without day to day supervision. Requires creativity and independence.
- Strong positive attitude and collaboration skills. Ability to create relationships across departments and add value in a matrixed and complex organization.
- Create data-driven stories and present verbally and via powerpoint. Must be fluent in English written and verbal.
- Experience in setting up Marketing Technology. Driving adoption of a new system and facilitating transitions from one product to another.
- This is a Hybrid Role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week

Experience with Adobe's Marketing platforms. Development or engineering background. SQL, Tableau, and Excel experience a plus.
