Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Manager IT Business Process to join our dynamic team in São Paulo. This outstanding opportunity allows you to be at the forefront of crafting and implementing world-class business processes and IT solutions that support our company's strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of IT systems and business processes, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into flawless technical solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze existing business processes and strictly identify areas for improvement.
- Design and detail new business processes and workflows to compete at the highest level.
- Collaborate with collaborators to gather and define business requirements.
- Work with other teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Determine and successfully implement IT solutions to support business processes.
- Ensure solutions are in line with company standards and established guidelines.
- Lead and participate in project teams to strictly implement process improvements and IT solutions.
- Assist in the development of user documentation and manuals.
- Find opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and standard methodologies in process analysis and IT solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience in process analysis, business analysis, or a related role - mainly with finance processes.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, business processes, and ERP.
- Experience with process modeling tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience and JD Edwards knowledge is a plus.
