**Talent Management Supervisor**
Location: São Paulo, Brazil- Company: CEVA Logistics**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead and optimize the talent acquisition processes across Latin America, ensuring alignment with CEVA's business objectives and organizational culture. Collaborate with local HR teams to attract, interview, and onboard top talent.
- Training and Development: Design and implement training and development initiatives that support employee growth and align with overall organizational goals. Identify training needs and work with internal and external resources to facilitate developmental programs.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance cycle processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Ensure managers are equipped to conduct effective performance discussions and support employee development.
- Engagement Surveys: Coordinate engagement surveys to assess employee satisfaction and engagement levels. Analyze results, provide insights, and develop action plans to enhance the employee experience across Latin America.
- Succession Planning: Lead succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential talents and preparing them for strategic roles within the organization. Collaborate with leadership to ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of HR professionals, including 2 direct reports in Brazil and 4 dotted line reports across Latin America. Foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment that encourages professional development and strong communication.
- Regional Support: Serve as a point of contact for talent management initiatives in the region, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and adherence to local regulations. Customize programs to fit the cultural and operational context of different Latin American countries.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, HR, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing talent acquisition, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Latin American labor laws and cultural nuances.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
