Account Manager Sênior - Qintess
A Qintess, uma renomada empresa do segmento de TI, está à procura de um profissional talentoso e experiente para exercer o cargo de Account Manager Sênior em regime presencial com contrato CLT.
Principais **Responsabilidades**:
- Gerenciar a carteira de clientes de forma estratégica, estabelecendo relacionamentos duradouros e identificando oportunidades de negócios;
- Atuar como ponto de contato entre a Qintess e seus clientes, compreendendo suas necessidades e fornecendo soluções personalizadas;
- Elaborar propostas comerciais, acompanhar e negociar contratos, visando atingir as metas de vendas e fidelização de clientes;
- Realizar prospecção e captação de novos clientes, expandindo a base de atuação da empresa;
- Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho, apresentando relatórios gerenciais e sugerindo melhorias contínuas;
- Atuar de forma proativa e colaborativa, alinhando-se às estratégias e objetivos da Qintess.
**Requisitos**:
- Ensino Superior completo, preferencialmente em Administração, Marketing ou áreas afins;
- Experiência comprovada de, no mínimo, 5 anos atuando como Account Manager ou cargo similar;
- Sólidos conhecimentos em técnicas de negociação, prospectação e gestão de relacionamento com clientes ( carteira de clientes governamentais;
- Habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita, demonstrando excelente capacidade de apresentação e argumentação;
- Perfil proativo, com foco em resultados e habilidade para trabalhar sob pressão;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e habilidades em pacote Office.
