Paid Media Account Lead

**Job Purpose**:
- Serve as the primary leader and point of contact for assigned client accounts, taking full ownership of client success
- Develop strong client relationships built on trust, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of their business
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align on goals, report on progress, and continuously optimize campaigns
- Drive the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of client marketing programs to achieve substantial growth
- Execute Influxion Point's proven playbook flawlessly while adapting strategies as needed to maximize results
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, set objectives, and align on overall strategy
- Translate client needs into actionable project plans, timelines and deliverables for the Influxion Point team
- Provide leadership to the account team (Project Lead, Media Buyer, Creative Strategist, VAs) to orchestrate cohesive execution
- Make executive decisions on marketing strategies, tactics, and optimizations to employ for the client
- Attend and lead client calls, take notes and relay all action items in a clear and concise manner in the Slack channel.
- Roll up your sleeves to assist the team hands-on as needed to get things done and keep the client engagement on track
- Tap into the collective expertise of the broader Influxion Point team for ideas and problem-solving as appropriate
- Develop and pitch new growth experiments and process improvements that can enhance results for the accounts and be adapted into Influxion Point's general best practices
- Understand what’s going on in the account advertising-wise. Be a second set of eyes for the analyst
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn etc
- Good English
- Location - remote
**Compensation**:
Your compensation is based on the clients you manage. We place clients in different tiers based on client rate, services provided (creative or just paid media), and engagement difficulty.
Based on a client’s tier, we assign a flat monthly rate to the Account Manager for that client’s paid media accounts. We have a calculator that determines a rate for an account and that’s the rate. The more accounts you handle - the more money you earn.

You are an excellent communicator who can distill complicated concepts into clear directives for clients and team members alike. You thrive in a fast-paced, often scrappy environment, and you're willing to do whatever it takes to drive results for clients. A creative problem-solver and decisive leader, you keep the team focused and keep the work on track through strong project management. You embody extreme ownership, holding yourself accountable for client outcomes and team performance. Bringing an infectious energy and collaborative spirit, you motivate the team to push boundaries and achieve ambitious growth targets.
(Preferred but not required) Analytical and data-savvy, you know how to dive into campaign metrics to uncover opportunities and craft data-driven strategies.
