**Position Overview**:
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
- Leverage** the digital landscape and data to design consumer and shopper relationship strategies that**:
1. Maximize consumer engagement & retention
2. Segment consumer/shopper audiences to better serve brand audience (e.g. personalized, contextual marketing)
- ** Develop CRM solutions** in partnership with **PS and the culture** of **consumer/shopper relationship **in the OU (on-going relationships versus campaign flights only)
- ** The CRM/Data lead **plays a key role in **disrupt the way we do marketing **and educate/spread** that throughout the organization**
- ** Responsible for initiatives that will map and increase **the consumer Life-time** value (LTV) of TCCC trademarks, and therefore implement new ways of measuring success (i.e.: ARPU (average revenue per user)**
**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:
Work Focus:
- Great understanding and passion for the** **data**, CRM** **and** **e-commerce**
- Ability to work in **Agile** cross-functional teams
**Related Work Experience**:
- Digital - savvy: 10-12 years of **data-driven** **marketing** **experience**,** **ideally working** **with CRMs**
- Experience working in **cross**-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred**

- Role will require communication with OU IMX lead, OU marketing team, and IMX digital leaders in other OUs;
- Role will also interact frequently with external parties, particularly with the main digital players
- Key role in bringing freshness to the system on disruptive ways to approach marketing
**Primary Location**:
- Primary location will be Brazil; however Flexible Location is allowed (within Latin America countries). Budget Relocation not approved for this role.
