Resumen del puesto:
Este puesto será responsable de dirigir y coordinar toda la actividad de ventas dentro del Territorio asegurando pedidos para toda la gama de productos y soluciones de Flowserve. El Director de Ventas deberá dirigir y entrenar a un equipo de ventas y a la red existente de agentes y distribuidores, servir de enlace con las partes interesadas internas, mantener buenas relaciones comerciales con la base de clientes, pero también desarrollar y establecer relaciones con nuevos clientes.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Distribuir el plan de reservas entre los subordinados directos, aplicarlo y garantizar que se cumplan o superen las previsiones de ventas de la zona.
- Definir el presupuesto anual y asegurarse de que los gastos de ventas están bien controlados y dentro del presupuesto.
- Desarrollar y preparar un plan estratégico anual de ventas basado en las oportunidades del mercado y coherente con los objetivos estratégicos de Flowserve.
- Definir metas y objetivos para los subordinados directos en consonancia con la estrategia de la empresa, garantizar que se cumplan o superen y desarrollar las carencias mediante formación, entrenamiento y apoyo.
- Proporcionar oportunamente previsiones de reservas precisas, significativas y fiables.
- Cumplir los objetivos anuales financieros y no financieros acordados por la dirección. Realizar un seguimiento de las cuentas por cobrar vencidas y prestar apoyo para obtener pagos siempre que sea necesario.
- Establecer, desarrollar y mantener buenos contactos con Operaciones, Operaciones Comerciales y cualquier otra función interna para que las necesidades de los clientes se atiendan con rapidez y para que ofrezcamos nuestros productos a precios competitivos.
- Apoyar activamente el Programa de Intensidad Comercial y el Programa Challenger.
- Comunicar y aplicar con profesionalidad las estrategias y políticas de la empresa.
- En colaboración con el Equipo de Distribución, identificar, nombrar y gestionar a los representantes de ventas y distribuidores.
- Desarrollar alianzas y gestionar el rendimiento de los contratos de alianza.
- Crear un ambiente positivo entre los miembros del equipo y los socios comerciales.
- Actuar siempre con ética e integridad y ser un defensor de la ética y la integridad dentro de Flowserve.
- Y cualquier otra tarea asignada

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en todo tipo de válvulas, de control, de aislamiento, automatizadas y de automatización.
- Se prefiere experiência en desarrollo posventa.
- Capacidad demostrada de comunicación, presentación e influencia.
- Trabajador en equipo y gestor, con habilidades interpersonales bien desarrolladas.
- Capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo demostrada.
- Conocimientos de informática: MS Office, incluidos conocimientos de Excel, MS Outlook y sistemas informáticos de ventas.
- Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones de trabajo eficaces a todos los níveles dentro de la empresa.
- Compromiso para aplicar las mejores prácticas en ventas y motivar a los demás.
- Habilidades multitarea superiores, capaz de gestionar múltiples proyectos/cuentas simultáneamente.
- Se requiere capacidad y disposición para viajar principalmente por el área de responsabilidad.
- Licenciatura o diplomatura en Ingeniería Mecánica o en el campo pertinente y 8-10 años de experiência pertinente.
