Em conjunto com o revendedor, desenvolver e obter adesão para o plano estratégico de mercado, inclusive a obtenção de metas de varejo, relatórios de mercado, tendências de desempenho e participação de mercado;
Compreender os impulsionadores de crescimento e lucro para o Revendedor e ser capaz de aplicar as melhores práticas para melhorar métricas de desempenho;
Realizar previsões mensais de veículos e revisões de planos de mercado;
Resolva com eficácia os problemas do Revendedor, aproveitando a experiência e o conhecimento pessoal ou i dentificar o link de suporte certo dentro da organização;
Identificar e solicitar o suporte da Cadeia de Ajuda como necessário para ajudar os Concessionários com desempenho, serviço, marketing e problemas operacionais;
Análise e revise as métricas de desempenho em uma cadência regular e trabalhe com os revendedores para ajustar conforme necessário;
Desenvolver plano de treinamento para Concessionárias em mercado definido e solicitar suporte para treinamento conduzido por instrutor;
Ative o ciclo de feedback bidirecional entre o revendedor e a liderança de campo para resolver problemas e riscos em uma maneira oportuna;
Forneça feedback construtivo e desempenhe um papel de influenciador para impulsionar e sustentar o desempenho do revendedor Perfil desejado

Vivência em montadoras e com marcas de veículos de luxo;
Conhecimento da indústria automobilística;
Compreensão de medidas financeiras, previsões e outras habilidades analíticas;
Conhecimento dos principais impulsionadores financeiros dos negócios do Revendedor;
Perfil de vendas agressivo, senso de dono;
Experiência em varejo, habilidades de negociação e influência e capacidade de comunicação;
Excelente liderança, habilidades interpessoais e organizacionais;
Disponibilidade para viagens (50% do tempo);
Inglês avançado/fluente (diferencial).
