**WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE?**

Executar as ações para corrigir cenários pontuais dos incidentes e requisições atendidos pelo time, gerando problemas e documentações sobre as demandas atendidas, utilizando os sistemas que possuímos para os tratamentos, a fim de mitigar perdas e aumentar a satisfação dos clientes internos e externos.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Apoiar na solução de problema e incidentes em produção;
- Atendimento de chamados na ferramenta ServiceNow;
- Abertura de problemas;
- Tirar dúvidas com a equipe de negócio e sistemas;
- Apoiar na elaboração da documentação sobre ações realizadas

**AND FOR THIS YOU NEED**:

- Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;
- Conhecimento básico em Java;
- Conhecimento básico em arquitetura de microsserviços (APIs, Conceitos, JSON, Swagger);
- Gostar de analisar e propor melhorias nos projetos e incidentes.

**Será bacana se você tiver;**
