**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- ** **Desenvolver e implementar as estratégias de Growth (aquisição, inbound, outbound, SDR, parcerias, vendas, rentabilização e BI/Sales Planning) de acordo com as metas e objetivos da cia, visando acelerar o crescimento e construir um modelo de vendas escalável e sustentável;
- Desenvolver e formar equipe;
- Implementar e revisar políticas e playbooks;
- Realizar o planejamento estratégico, metas, CAC e indicadores de performance;
- Atuar no desenvolvimento dos planos de expansão, desenvolvimento de novos negócios e novas frentes de receita;
- Evoluir as ferramentas existentes e desenvolver novas visando a escalabilidade;
- Garantir a satisfação dos clientes e rentabilidade financeira;
- Garantir a aquisição de novos clientes;
- Fazer o relacionamento com clientes;
- Gerir o NPS dos clientes;
- Trazer insights para melhorias das nossas soluções, atuando fortemente com os times de Product e Tech.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Profundo conhecimento em geração de demanda B2B, incluindo principalmente marketing de performance, técnicas e ferramentas de inbound e educação de mercado para soluções empresariais;
- Desenvolvimento e gestão de canais indiretos e parcerias, como canal de distribuição de novos clientes;
- Gestão de equipes, incluindo talent acquisition, onboarding e ongoing e gestão de performance;
- Track record comprovado em operações de vendas, idealmente tendo implementado este tipo de segmentação na organização;
- Habilidade de interlocução com as demais áreas da cia, como produto, operações, finanças e experiência do cliente;
- Gestão de P&L;
- Interface com produto e tecnologia para automação do fluxo de venda, aprimoramento das ferramentas comerciais e gestão CRM de vendas;
- Superior Completo com MBA ou Pós;
- Ter fluência em inglês.
- Desejável ter atuado em startups ou empresas com forte crescimento;
- Indispensável ter experiências com vendas B2B;
