**Job Description Summary**: Understand business needs and translate them into technical data requirements, collaborate with data strategy and provide support in big data integration projects, identify areas for improvement in processes, and propose data-driven solutions to increase operational efficiency and decision-making.

**Main responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the data strategy:

- Work with leaders and teams to understand the organization's vision and goals as it relates to data.
- Participate in defining data strategy, including identifying relevant data sources and aligning them with business objectives.

Provide support in data integration projects:

- Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and maintain data integration solutions.
- Ensure that data moves efficiently and accurately between systems and platforms, with a high focus on security.

Identify areas for process improvement:

- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and propose improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Propose data-driven solutions in visualizations.
- Use analytics and visualizations to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, integrations, and data automations to support business needs.

Increase operational efficiency and decision-making:

- Facilitate access to relevant data for decision-makers in the organization.
- Foster a culture of critical thinking and curiosity around data.
- Be the point of contact between business and technical areas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- Advanced English is must and intermediate Spanish is a nice to have;
- Advanced knowledge in PowerBI;
- Previous experience with Data management.
