About you and this role - What you would do in this role

In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding. It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance impacts your own work with limited impact on your team. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensures financial statements accurately reflect the results of operations and the financial position of the Company.- Assists the function/business management teams in financial analysis necessary for decision-making.- Records, monitors, reports, and communicates function/business results, and ensures activity is accurate, complete, and compliant to accounting standards.- Completes product costing of materials, reviews for variances, and corrects/communicates results to business/plant management.- Performs product inventory reviews and fixed assets reviews.- Provides financial analysis to function/business management teams as needed for project studies, options analysis, and productivity/benchmarking measurements.- Establishes and maintains an ongoing working relationship with other sub-processes and functions.- Helps facilitate the budget setting process and monthly/quarterly estimate process.- Manage algorithmic execution, and use data insights to help achieve an ideal pricing alignment with business guidelines and strategies.- Conduct implementation shortfall analysis, and contribute to the financial performance by reducing execution cost and minimizing opportunity cost.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, engineering, or similar.- 2 or 3 years of prior work experience.- Fluent English Skill- Strong analytical skills.- Accurate, attention to detail.- Capacity to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.-
- Team spirit and collaboration mindset.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
