**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Você deverá dirigir Unidades Escolares, seguindo as diretrizes da RED HOUSE, com foco na excelência dos resultados funcionais, pedagógicos e administrativos:

- Garantir o aprendizado dos alunos por meio da mais alta qualidade de ensino e promover um atendimento de excelência às famílias da RED HOUSE;
- Gerenciar a unidade da RED HOUSE, de forma global, garantindo o funcionamento da escola de forma orgânica;
- Dirigir a escola dentro das normas legais do sistema educacional, seguindo portarias e instruções, cumprindo os prazos e exigências estabelecidas pelas Secretarias de Educação locais;
- Planejar o calendário escolar letivo (reuniões, excursões e demais eventos), seguindo as diretrizes da rede;
- Orientar a equipe pedagógica da RED HOUSE acompanhando de perto o desenvolvimento dos alunos;
- Avaliar o desempenho da equipe pedagógica, promovendo constante desenvolvimento profissional;
- Participar do processo de recrutamento da equipe pedagógica e administrativa, se necessário, de forma contratar os melhores profissionais;
- Atuar na ambientação destes profissionais apresentando o sistema de ensino, calendário escolar, procedimentos e padrões da instituição;
- Acompanhar eventualmente os momentos de entrada e saída dos alunos no portão, assegurando que esse momento seja tranquilo e seguro;
- Acompanhar, sempre que possível, os horários de refeição, observando a alimentação dos alunos, assim como, os momentos de play time, de forma a identificar a interação do grupo e orientar a equipe sobre quaisquer necessidades de adequações na rotina;
- Organizar junto às empresas parceiras as atividades extracurriculares oferecidas aos alunos e acompanhar essas aulas, sempre que possível, fornecendo feedback aos parceiros;
- Supervisionar, junto ao coordenador/professor, quando necessário, o planejamento de atividades para os alunos com necessidades especiais e casos de inclusão;
- Supervisionar a revisão e o envio dos Report Cards às famílias;
- Participar das PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meeting) juntamente com os professores/coordenadores, sempre que identificada situação de maior criticidade;
- Fazer reuniões semanais com o coordenador para acompanhamento da unidade escolar e garantir o alinhamento das práticas;
- Avaliar a qualidade do ensino através do acompanhamento de indicadores pedagógicos e feedbacks das partes interessadas (pais, alunos, professores e demais funcionários), trabalhando em conjunto com o Coordenador para a definição de planos de ação locais;
- Promover treinamentos pedagógicos (Academic Meetings, Início de ano letivo e demais), garantindo desenvolvimento profissional da equipe pedagógica da RED HOUSE;
- Promover as reuniões com pais e professores (PEC - Parents Education Conference) no início de cada semestre;
