In line with MSC procedures and local legislation, the HR Manger provides excellent HR services to the Employees and Management Team based in Brazil in order to recruit, train, and develop highly engaged Employees. The person also provides HR support to the colleagues based in Buenos Aires.
- Fluent in Portuguese. Good knowledge of English and Spanish;
- University degree in Business Administration\/economics or Law\/Human Resources or several years of relevant professional experience;
- A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferably in a multicultural environment;
- Excellent knowledge of Brazilian labour law;
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills;

- Reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility;
- Professionally supports and advices the Managing Director, Managers and Employees in all HR and organisational matters;
- Manages the whole employee lifecycle, from the on boarding to the exit interview;
- Is responsible for the entire HR administration including attendance;
- Sets up a learning plan in accordance with headquarters and delivers development activities and trainings;
- Leads and implements Corporate and local HR projects in Brazil and Argentina in cooperation with the headquarter;
- Optimises HR Tools and processes for the Brazil and Argentina entities;
- Provides relevant HR support to the local Management team throughout the performance management process, from the target settings to the feedback and evaluation;
- Prepares and controls the payroll of all employees through an external provider;
- Prepares the HR budget for Brazil and Argentina in cooperation with the Finance & Accounting and the Managing Director;
- Prepares relevant HR monthly and ad hoc reports;
- Is the first point of contact for local management and headquarter for any legal issue concerning employees;
- Is responsible for internal communication, in line with the guidance of the Corporate employee engagement team.
