**Job Summary**

The Advisor, Bookings Operations will be responsible assisting the Bookings Operations team with opportunity management, monthly reviews and reconciliations, the monthly and quarterly close process, to ensure corporate and compensation bookings data is being reported correctly and accurately.

**What you’ll be doing**

Data Exploration, Reporting & Analytics
- ** Explores data within one or two files to determine trends, correlations and causal relations between variables**:

- **Creates recurring reports, using insights from data exploration to build semi-comprehensive reports with visualizations and insights**:

- **Reaches out to our internal customers (sales teams) to clarify requests, and responsible for exception reviews and escalation of complex issues to more senior team members to ensure timely resolution of requests**:

- **Makes recommendations of what data should be explored and debriefs internal team**:

- **Explains data/findings to clients and answers questions**:

- **Assist in periodic audits of data within business systems/platforms**:

- **Performs follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracy for accounts and/or bookings and churn data**:

- **Delivers required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined schedule**:

- **Delivers reports to stakeholder group and answers questions pertaining to the report**:

- **Performs analyses to address less complex issues/questions**:
Sales Ops Support
- ** Supports sales organization and more senior team members in any and all opportunity and account management related matters**:

- **Investigates less complex issues, escalates as needed to senior team members to resolve sales inquiries in a timely manner**:
Program Support / Implementation
- ** Keeps company in compliance with SOX and other statutory requirements**:

- **Partners with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency**:

- **Identifies and reports data/process inconsistencies to internal team, in effort to streamline/automate existing processes**:
**What we’ll expect from you**
- ** Must be fluent in English**:

- **Prior work experience, with progressive track record, in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or other highly analytical field is required**:

- **Siebel, Xactly/Incent, Tableau & Anaplan experience preferred**:

- **Able to quickly adapt to new technologies and process changes**:

- **Microsoft office skills / Advanced Excel**:

- **Bachelor's Degree required**:
