**Vos missions**:
Au sein du service des** Ressources humaines (RH)**, votre mission principale consistera à contribuer à la collecte, au traitement et à l’interprétation des données RH. Vous viendrez également soutenir l’équipe RH dans le développement d’automatisation des processus afin d’améliorer les niveaux d’efficacité et de productivité.

**Au quotidien**:

- Collecter, calculer, analyser et modéliser les données à des fins descriptives, prédictives, prescriptives et de diagnostics.
- Exploiter et analyser les bases de données en utilisant des langages de programmation (Python, R, etc.) dans un objectif de résolutions de problèmes.
- Evaluer la qualité des données en exploitant les informations des systèmes et des références du marché.
- Proposer et créer des outils afin d’améliorer les processus d'exploitation des données RH.
- Contribuer à la mise à jour et à l’automatisation des rapports de gestion pour les services RH.
- Accompagner les services RH dans l’analyse de ces données.
- Soutenir le développement, la standardisation et la mise en œuvre des systèmes, indicateurs et politiques RH.
- Participer au suivi des indicateurs de performance et fournir des informations pertinentes au service RH.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous répondez aux critères d'éligibilité du VIE (âge, nationalité, etc.)
- Vous possédez un BAC +4-5 (école de commerce, école d'ingénieurs ou universités) dans le domaine des statistiques, de l’analyse de données, le contrôle de gestion, ou autres domaines apparentés.
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise d'Excel.
- Vous avez connaissance des langages de programmation (Python, R,)
- Vous avez un niveau d’anglais avancé ou courant (C1/C2).
- Vous êtes ouvert à l'apprentissage du portugais.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, avez une appétence pour la résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu’une aisance relationnelle et une ouverture culturelle.
