**Description**:
Estamos em busca de uma pessoa capacitada para montar, gerenciar e desenvolver um time de alta performance dentro da Cultura DB1, alocado presencialmente em um cliente.

Sua missão será a de garantir entregas de excelência dentro do padrão de qualidade DB1, interagir com o cliente, remover impedimentos, garantir um time motivado e sinérgico entregando valor, ser um agente de melhoria contínua.

**Qualificações e requisitos**:
**Para fazer parte dessa missão é importante**:

- Superior completo em áreas de tecnologia da informação e experiência comprovada na área;
- Experiência com SLA, acordos de prazos, gravidades de correção de erros;
- Experiência com gestão de indicadores e planejamento de entregas;
- Atuação com metodologias ágeis;
- Forte experiência e interesse em relacionamento com clientes;
- Experiência em gestão de projetos;
- Atuação será presencial.

**E será considerado um diferencial**:

- Experiência com atuação em softwarehouse, especialmente com licitações;
- Experiência com gestão de pessoas; PMP, PSM/CSM;
- Pós Graduação em Gestão de Projetos.
